“Nanette is the nicest lady ever! She is very flexible and the apartment was redone beautifully! We had an opportunity to move into a certain large chain apartment complex in the area that claims to be high end…it was disgusting! What they advertise on their website is not what you get…wooden cabinets should not peel…THE NICHE however, everything is nicely done. REAL wood cabinets, a tiled shower without yucky glass doors, nice neutral berber carpet, and hardwood floors in the entryway! The place is cute, cozy, and fairly priced : ) Cant wait to move in!”

” Definitely 5 star. I viewed these apartments in more than one of their locations. … they are the only small privately owned complex that updates their apartments to the degree they do. True updates!!!! Not just carpeting n paint… everything has up to date appliances n kitchen cabinets. Beautifully done!!! I currently live in the same town in a different complex.. paying almost same money n do not have anything close to this. Plus the Niche has Nanette who is a doll and pleasure to work with. Nice apartments n nice people. I am dropping my credit app this coming week…hopefully the credit gods will smile on me and I will get to move into one of their buildings.”
